My skill set includes certification in Svaroopa® Yoga, Embodyment® Therapy, Healing Touch, Reiki, PSYCH-K, digestive health, spiritual studies, including ordination by The Sanctuary of the Beloved.

My practice involves various healing modalities that support whole body wellness. I work with individuals to facilitate and affect health and well-being on all levels. We will start where you are, and with a gentle, compassionate approach, facilitate healing, transformation, and illumination in body, mind, and more.
