Hello! I’m Anita. Thank you for visiting Peaceful Body Yoga & Wellness.
Using my knowledge, skill, and experience with mind, body, spirit therapies, I partner with individuals to facilitate and affect health and well-being on all levels, with a gentle, compassionate approach.
My practice involves various healing modalities that support whole body wellness. I currently offer private and semi-private yoga sessions, and classes, a variety of energy-based healing modalities, mind training, digestive health, and nutritional guidance.
My spiritual and healing studies began more than twenty years ago, and I continue to participate in activities and courses of study that support personal and spiritual growth, development, and physical health.
I'm here to support you in living life more consciously, cultivating a peaceful state of being that will enhance your quality of life.
